Check a Northstar file

Drop a sealed file from any Northstar witness here: an attestation, register, dossier, statement or analysis. Add the input files it was made from (the CSV tables and case.json), and any usage ledger or snapshot chain (.jsonl). Or drop a Northstar evidence pack (a PDF made by northstar-io): the files attached inside it are read and checked. The page checks the Ed25519 seal and recomputes the SHA-256 of every input. Nothing is uploaded: this page cannot make network requests, and it works offline.
