Northstar builds Leviathan Platform, Bait-Mask, Agent Guardrails, and Decoy Kit. We don't have a channel team, a partner portal, or a reseller program with a PDF and a logo pack — what we have is real, tested products and a founder who'll actually talk to you. If that's still useful, here's what partnering could look like.
What partnering could mean
Three tracks, none of them exclusive.
Pick whichever fits — or propose something that isn't listed here. This page describes the shape of the conversation, not a fixed program with rate cards.
- Referral
- You know someone who needs this. You're a consultant, an MSP, a fractional CISO, or just someone whose network overlaps with ours. You make an introduction; if it turns into a paid pilot or a Bait-Mask license, we work out a referral fee directly with you. No contract needed to start a conversation — a fee is agreed case-by-case, in writing, before any introduction closes.
- Integration
- You build on or alongside our tools. You run infrastructure tooling, a security platform, or a CI/CD product where Leviathan Defense's honeytoken layer or Bait-Mask's staging pipeline would plug in cleanly. We'll talk through what a real integration looks like — technically, first, before any commercial terms.
- Reseller
- You sell security tooling to your own customers. You're an MSSP or a security consultancy with clients who need exactly what Leviathan Platform or Bait-Mask does. We're open to this, with the same honesty we hold ourselves to: your customers get the same pre-release disclosures ours do. Volume/reseller pricing is discussed directly, not published — every deal starts from the real numbers on our pricing pages.

- You need a mature partner program with tiered margins, MDF, and a certification track — we're not there yet.

- You need to position this as more finished or more audited than it currently is.

- You're looking to resell into offensive-tooling or counter-intelligence use cases — that's a permanent boundary on what we build, partner or not.
Honest state of this page
This is genuinely the first version.
There's no partner agreement template yet, no deal-registration system, no partner portal. What's real: a working product, real pricing, and a founder who'll have the actual conversation with you directly. If you're looking for polish over substance, this page — like the rest of the site — would rather undersell than oversell.
